Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Return Guidelines
Because cold-pressed oils are perishable food items, we only accept returns on items that were damaged during transit or show physical defects. Return requests must be filed via your customer dashboard within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Approvals
Once your return/refund ticket is submitted, our inspection staff will assess the evidence (images of broken glass/seals) and approve or reject the request. If approved, refunds are credited directly to your digital wallet or original payment source within 5-7 business days.
