Seeds are crushed at speeds under 20 RPM in custom wooden mortars. This slow mortar friction maintains oil temperature below 45°C to avoid heat damage.
Natural Sedimentation Filtering
Rather than chemically refining, bleaching or force-filtering, we let the raw oil settle by gravity for 3-4 days. This preserves the natural scent and vitamins.
UV Protected Bottle Fill
The final settled oil is poured into heavy glass bottles to prevent UV light exposure, keeping the oil stable and fresh during shipping.
